Well, it's a start at least! Glad to see the scale changing again...

I'm switching to Sublingual today for awhile.

    Thanks for the encouragement Amie! Actually, I've done both sublingual and injections and have lost fine on both. The main reason I'm switching to sublingual for the next 2 weeks is to avoid immunity so I can go longer in phase 2...
