210.2 - down 0.4 pounds
Not too bad after a 'semi-loading' day. I didn't each much during the day (only an apple actually, I think). At dinner though I had a salad, grilled shrimp and beer. Then later some wings and more beer. Today (Sunday) I plan to do the vlcd. Tomorrow I have people in from out of town for business, so will probably be taking them out to eat - so I will have to watch it.

Hi, I started the HCG program on Thursday last. I tried to overeat the first 2 days but i put on only 6 ozs the first day and lost 1.8 lbs the other. Between saturday and today Monday I have lost an additional 4 lbs. I am really hungry though because of this strict diet. My dream weight is 130 lbs and if I continue to loss 2 lbs a day I will be on track. If anyone have some tips to help loss more per day I would be very grateful.
