Day 6, 3rd 500cal day results - 3 more pounds
Good Morning! Down another 3 today. That's 13 lbs in 3 days. Woo hoo!I don't seem to feel or look like I've lost though, so I have a feeling this is fat that has been packed around my heart and other internal organs - so this is probably a very good thing!
